Paul is a seasoned Village resident of over 20 years, where he sits on the co-op board of his building and is a member of the 11th Street Block Association. Real estate has always been a pervasive passion, coming from a family of top realtors, developers and architects.

As a NYC based Creative Director in the worlds of luxury, fashion and beauty, Paul has provided consul and brand direction for Fortune 500s and start-ups alike. His innate ability to genuinely hear what clients are saying, has consistently been the cornerstone of his success. 

Known for discretion and vendor relationships, Paul couples market acumen and a calm demeanor to establish meaningful connections, while applying a designer’s eye to every detail of the process. Inviting and accessible, clients enjoy a seamless experience embedded in an atmosphere of confidence and trust.

With expertise in a wide range of creative spaces, Paul founded Brand6, which specialized in identity development, experiential, retail, and visual program design. He understands the impact of marketing and communicating a client’s narrative on both the buying and the selling sides of the table. Over his tenure, Paul has cultivated an elevated network of interior designers, architects and builders, ensuring projects of all sizes are supported from beginning to end.
